HydraProxy takes strict measures against the misuse of its Services and will cooperate with law enforcement to investigate any potentially harmful activities involving its platform.
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Collecting nonpublic information (e.g., data behind logins)
- Performing DDoS attacks or other forms of cyberattacks
- Sending spam through mass postings on mail/message boards, IRC, forums, or comment sections
- Engaging in ad fraud or click fraud
- Impersonating or spoofing individuals for fraudulent activities
- Creating fraudulent accounts or generating fake content
- Using automated bots for ticket purchasing
- Running or promoting raffles, lotteries, or gambling activities
- Generating fake social media engagement (likes, shares, comments, etc.)
- Trading or gaming in in-game items or currency
- Reselling proxies without HydraProxy’s explicit written consent
- Using proxies for streaming-related domains (videos, music, images)
- Engaging in trading of crypto, virtual currencies, or NFTs
- Manipulating search engine results (e.g., generating fake clicks)
- Posting on classified or resale websites (like Craigslist)
- Completing surveys in exchange for benefits or rewards
- Engaging in activities that violate local, state, or international laws, or infringe upon third-party rights
HydraProxy may choose to block certain types of content (e.g., adult material, government sites, harmful domains) at its discretion and reserves the right to adjust these restrictions as needed.
Additionally, HydraProxy may place limits on the use of its Services to protect against potential harm or disruption to third-party systems. HydraProxy will not be liable for any such limits or restrictions on Service access.
